What You Get

The ordering process is simple and easy. Simply order with credit or debit card, and all your fitting instructions will be sent to you via e/mail.  So be sure to have your e/mail address correct.  If you have any questions I am always available to help you.    If you want to order any extra features that are not covered in the basic saddle,  we will confirm by e/mail what extras you want and a purchase button will be e/mailed to you, just follow the instructions as they appear. You can add these extra items at any time after the purchase of the basic saddle before I actually begin to build it and you can pay for the extras anytime before the saddle is shipped.   This helps to soften the sticker shock of having to pay for everything at once, and it gives you time to think about your options. I do offer personal on sight fittings for a extra fee, and that is based on where your horse is located. If there are 4 or more basic saddle orders together  with all the horses in one place, I will come and give a personal fitting for no extra charge.

FITTING

Once you complete your basic order and you receive your fitting instructions, this is what you will do.    You will need a  camera and a  fitting mold. The place to get the mold  along with all the instructions on how to do the fitting is included in the instructions I will send you. The whole process is very easy to do, and will only take about an hour of your time. It is a fun project, and fun to be involved in the construction of your saddle. The fitting process is important, and it is important that you follow the instructions carefully, but it is very easy to do,  so don’t  worry because  you can do it. 

Next is my part. When I receive your fitting information, I will evaluate your horses needs and if I have any questions I will contact you. The next step is custom building of your tree.  It is built to fit your horse.  When your fitting information arrives,  I will be able to give you an estimate of when to expect your saddle. The actual time line depends on the time of year and how busy I am at the time you order.     Every saddle is hand made, one at a time by me personally. You can expect the very best in workmanship and all American top quality materials. Stainless Steel Hardware, and everything is hand sewn.  I guarantee the fit,  and workmanship, and  I offer free repairs for as long as you own your Annie Saddle. 

SHIPPING

When your saddle is completed, and all extras  are paid for and we are sure we are on the same page about everything you wanted,  your saddle will be shipped. Usually by US MAIL.
